Frequently asked questions
Will it work on my website?
Yes. You paste one embed code — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or any HTML site — and the player resizes itself. It also works on TechlyStack websites.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Buttons are big enough to tap, choices slide up from the bottom of the video, and full screen keeps the buttons visible.
Can I see the results?
Yes. Your analytics show views, completion, clicks per button, which choices people pick, the most common paths and the leads captured — for the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Do I own it?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the videos, script and voiceover are yours.
Which languages?
English and French (with a Québec French voiceover), buttons and forms included. A second language is +$150.
What does the $29/month hosting cover — and what if I stop?
It covers the interactive player, video hosting and analytics. If you stop, we hand over the MP4 file of every scene so you can keep using them as regular videos.
Can you make my existing video interactive?
Yes. If we made your explainer video, it’s +$200 (tick “Make it interactive” when you order). For a video made elsewhere, send it and we’ll quote.
Who writes the script?
Already have a script? Even better — send it in the project form after you pay. If not, we write it. Either way you get 2 rounds of script changes and approve a storyboard before we animate.
